Remembering Together at the Memorial Park Ceremony
On May 6, 2026, the Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation invites the community to gather in Springfield for the First Annual Memorial Park Ceremony, held in honor of National Police Week. This event offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect, remember, and honor the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice.
The ceremony will take place at 2pm at Memorial Park, 615 E. Lawrence Ave. It is a time to recognize the courage, service, and dedication of fallen officers whose legacies continue to impact the communities they served.
We welcome all to attend. Whether you have a direct connection to law enforcement or simply wish to show your support, your presence helps ensure these heroes are never forgotten.
