The Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation (ISPHF) invites anglers and community members to join the Capt. Gordon Cleland Memorial Crappie Tournament on September 21, 2025, at Lake Shelbyville – Bo Woods Ramp. This annual event honors the legacy of Capt. Cleland while supporting the mission of the ISPHF and the 100 Club of Illinois.
Tournament Details
Entry Fee: $80 per team
Optional Pots: $20 Big Fish | $10 Junk Fish
Schedule:
Registration: 5:30–6:30 am
Lines in: 7:00 am
Lines out: 2:00 pm
Weigh-in: 2:30 pm at Sullivan VFW (7 live crappie fish)
Extras: Raffles and a Fish Fry following weigh-in

About Our Mission
The Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation works to preserve, educate, inspire, and honor. From maintaining the ISP Museum and Memorial Park to providing educational outreach, the ISPHF ensures the legacy of Illinois State Police officers live on. By participating in the crappie tournament, you help the Foundation and our friends at the 100 Club of Illinois continue its important work of honoring service and sacrifice.
