Earlier this year, ISPHF invited artists, supporters, and members of the community to submit designs for the Foundation's 2026 Illinois State Fair shirt. Thank you to everyone who participated in this year's design contest and shared your creativity with us!

Congratulations to Amy Hood

We would like to congratulate Amy Hood on creating this year’s winning design. Amy’s design features a fair cow dressed in an Illinois State Police uniform, offering a playful tribute to the Illinois State Fair’s beloved annual butter cow tradition.

The butter cow theme also connects with a popular item in the ISPHF Gift Shop, the Illinois State Fair ISP Branded Butter Cow Stress Ball. Modeled after the iconic fair display and topped with a trooper-style hat, it makes a fun companion collectible for State Fair supporters and memorabilia collectors.

2026 T-Shirt Details

The official 2026 Illinois State Fair T-Shirt will be available in a green short sleeve, including Youth S-L and Adult S-3XL.

Our booth will be set up under the Grandstand, near the Illinois State Fair Museum, making us an easy stop during your day at the Fair. Whether you’ve supported the Foundation for years or are just learning about our mission, we’d love for you to stop by and say hello.

Our booth will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. throughout the Fair. Stop in to browse, visit with us, and see what’s new this year.
