Our 1977 Dodge Monaco was originally a District 13 car driven by Trooper Carlos Tolbert, who unfortunately succumbed to cancer before the end of his career. Two Chicago police officers, Chris Lindahl and Greg Reynolds, restored the car to its original livery in honor of the late Trooper Tolbert. After being returned to its original glory, the vehicle was sold to us in 2010. The Monaco sports a 400 cubic inch engine backed by a 727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission.
