Originally a civilian model from Montana, and cloned by the late Tom Foster, this 1963 Plymouth Savoy ISP clone is arguably one of the gems of the Vintage Fleet. The vehicle gracefully captures the essence of patrol technology in the early 1960s, as well as the elegance of design that was still present at the time. A trooper had at their disposal a horn-operated siren, a single Federal Model 17 Beaconray, and a low-band radio. No portables, PAs, and extensive emergency lighting available in this vehicle! Imagine the moxy it took to patrol with this primitive squad back in ‘63! Special thanks offered to Bill Golden, Nick Waldmire, and of course, Tom Foster for the upkeep of this car before and after it came to us at the foundation!
