The Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation (ISPHF) invites anglers and community members to join the Capt. Gordon Cleland Memorial Crappie Tournament on September 13, 2026, at Lake Shelbyville – Bo Woods Ramp. This annual event honors the memory and legacy of Capt.
