Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation Sponsor - Illinois Secretary of State - Illinois State Police Memorial Park License Plates

Special Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation license plates are available as a symbol of honor to Illinois State Police officers killed in the line of duty, their families, and all active and retired Illinois State Police officers, and police officers throughout the nation. Plates can be used on cars, motorcycles, or pickup trucks.

By purchasing a set of these plates, you help support the maintenance of the Memorial Park; annual memorial events; scholarships to children of officers killed or catastrophically injured in the line of duty; and financial assistance to officers and their families killed or injured in the line of duty.

Eligibility

To be eligible, an applicant must certify he or she is an active or retired law enforcement officer, a surviving family member of a deceased law enforcement officer, or donor or member of the Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation.

Application Process

STEP 1

Download, complete and send to ISPHF the Affirmation for Illinois State Police Memorial Park License Plate.
