Who is eligible for membership?
Any full time and retired member of the Illinois State Police, in good standing and of good moral character.
Any member of the public of good moral character and approved by the board. Alternatively, anyone can make a one-time donation by mailing a check to the address below or by donating online to the ISPHF.
Persons who paid a one-time membership fee prior to September 2017, will continue to be recognized as Life, Charter, Master Sergeant Club or Star’s Club members.
What are the Membership Dues?
$5 per pay period ($10/month for retirees) – $120 annually
$10 per pay period ($20/month for retirees) – $240 annually
$20 per pay period ($40/month for retirees) – $480 annually
When are dues payable?
Members pay dues monthly or annually. The annual dues period is January 1st – December 31st. Dues are payable before January 1st of each year. Members whose dues are not paid by February 28th may have their membership terminated. Dues of new members are payable at the time of joining.
How can I apply and pay dues?
Complete a membership application, which includes a payroll deduction section.

- Include with membership form a check payable to: Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation.
- Pay by payroll deduction by completing that portion of the application.
- Pay through your bank or credit union, either annually or set up an auto-pay for monthly payments.

What are your dues used for?
The Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation (ISPHF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Your membership is tax-deductible. Your financial support will be used to support the Foundation’s mission, goals and objectives.
